Newwpthemes is a leader in free trustworthy WordPress themes. All of their themes are uniquely designed and developed by the company and are totally free for either commercial or personal use. Their themes are licensed under Creative Commons and are updated, regularly supported and are always compatible with the latest WordPress releases.
Currently, they have a total of 195 free themes so you should definitely find one, or maybe two, that would best suit your needs (and did we mention they are all free?).
Not only are their themes visually pleasing and free, they are all functional as well. Most of their themes come with the regular functions like admin options, featured videos, adbox ready, ads ready, customizable columns, Gravatar on comments, updated WP version compatibility, widgets ready, SEO optimized (Search Engine Optimized), have fixed widths, logo PSD and font files included, and each theme is tested with all standard major browsers.
Some of their themes’ additional features include additional video features, logo images, Twitter ready, header banner code ready, sidebar included, additional ads ready, and header and footer script codes.
Overall, their themes contain basic features without much variation in each theme.
Newwpthemes is comparable to Ezwpthemes in a way that both have an extensive gallery of free WP themes. However, compared to the later, the former has by far lesser graphical components.
It would be impossible to discuss every single one of the company’s many WP theme graphics so let us focus on their most recent ones: the Zig Zag and Nicol theme.
ZigZag’s design incorporates all of the company’s basic and advanced features, it being their most recent WP theme addition. This theme is best suited for blog sites, with its very appealing and edgy design.
Nicol, on the other hand, is great for online retail sites with its clean fresh design features. This theme was just released on July 22nd and is ads ready, can also be used for blog sites, has custom menus and support, has very elegant design, has a fixed width, an options page, comes in red and gray color schemes, has a right sidebar, hosts three columns, and is WordPress 3.0 ready.
As for the placement of themes’ elements, they are pretty much the same. The header contains a banner ad that is 468x60px with menu links below the ad. Then comes the feature content section located right below the header, followed by the content area. The sidebar features social media buttons, banner ads and standard widgets. We prefer to see more variations to cater for different users’ needs.

In case we haven’t stressed enough yet, all of their themes are free – need we say more?
Keep in mind that the company provides free WP themes, and their theme support network is, therefore, not that strong compared to pay sites like Graphpaperpress for example, which provides more than excellent customer support. Still, the company provides some sort of help through their Contact Us page where you can email them for any support request at [email protected]
To test their response, we sent a simple request to their email but unfortunately, we didn’t receive any response from them even after 2 weeks.
