1. Header image
The header is the most important factor to determine if a theme has a good graphic design. Not only should the header design catch visitors’ attention, it should also blend well with the rest of the theme design.

Most of WooThemes' themes don't have fancy graphics and seldom do the graphic designers use advanced drawing techniques to implement in their themes, however their use of colors is exceptionally good. The right combination of font colors and styles, background colors and the placing of elements are what makes their themes professional looking.

The bold use of colors and the unique placing of elements are what make Wpnow's themes stand out from the crowd. If only they have more quality themes in their portfolio, we would have given them a higher rank in this category.

Press75's themes typically use gray or neutral tones for a reason which is the fact that neutral tones apply to the majority. And it proves that the proper use of this color in the background as well as the fonts can be professional-looking. We would like to see more of the design techniques to give them a better rank.

Having more than 1 graphic designers and coders, Ezwpthemes has been capable of churning out themes after themes per month. Their themes are graphic-rich and some of them are very appealing. They would have ranked higher in this category if they have been more consistent in the design quality.

Not all their themes have an abundance of images. Those with less images tend to have clean design with proper use of fonts and colors. You can still find a few themes that are image-rich and very appealing to the eyes.
